These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lawn care, landscaping, and related services provided by Capital Lawn Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Frankfort, Kentucky and surrounding areas. By requesting or accepting services from Capital Lawn Care, you agree to these terms.
Capital Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care, mowing, landscaping, mulching, shrub trimming, aeration, seeding, spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and related grounds maintenance services throughout Frankfort, KY.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
All quotes provided by Capital Lawn Care are estimates based on a property assessment or the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described or observed at the time of quoting.
We will communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work beyond the original scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as agreed upon at the time of service.
Accounts with outstanding balances past 30 days may be subject to a late fee. Capital Lawn Care reserves the right to suspend service on accounts with unpaid balances.
We make every effort to adhere to scheduled service dates. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if your service date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice for large or scheduled projects may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Capital Lawn Care primarily services properties within Frankfort, Kentucky and immediate surrounding areas. Service availability outside our primary area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and clear access to your property on the scheduled service date. This includes:
Capital Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or objects concealed in the lawn area.
Capital Lawn Care carries general liability insurance and takes reasonable care while performing services on your property. In the event of damage caused by our crew’s negligence, please notify us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unmarked hazards, acts of nature, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds for completed services but are committed to making things right.
