These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the frankfortlawncare.com website and the services provided by Capital Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Capital Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance, aeration, overseeding, landscaping, mulching, cleanup, and related services in Frankfort and Central Kentucky. All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and a visual inspection of the property. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was quoted, and we will tell you before proceeding with any change.
Scheduling and Weather
Service dates are scheduled in good faith but are subject to weather, ground conditions, and equipment availability. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you by text, phone, or email. Seasonal services such as aeration and overseeding have limited windows, and we may need to adjust dates to keep work within the proper season.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and property information.
- Mark or tell us about sprinkler heads, invisible fence wires, septic components, shallow utilities, and other hazards before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground items.
- Keep pets secured and the work area clear of toys, hoses, furniture, and debris on service days.
- Provide access to the property on scheduled days.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Recurring services are billed on the schedule agreed to at signup. Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is settled. Returned payments may be charged any bank fees we incur.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel recurring service with notice to the other. One-time services cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip fee if a crew has already been dispatched.
Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Living plants and seed depend on weather and watering, so we cannot guarantee germination or plant survival, but we will provide care instructions and advise you on the best outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Capital Lawn Care related to your service. These messages may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders, arrival and completion notices, quote follow-ups, invoice and payment notices, weather-related schedule changes, and replies to your questions.
